工作周期:
1、使用油水分离过滤机对每台机床冷却水箱工作3~4小时,而后转到下一台机床;
2、建议每台机床的冷却水箱每周循环过滤一次;
3、油水分离过滤机每班可分离过滤2台机床冷却水箱或每周单班10台机床冷却水箱。
操作方法:
1、使用时将浮子放入冷却水箱中油污集中处漂浮在冷却液表面;
2、将回水管放入冷却水箱出水口处;
3、给油水分离机通电(撇油机220V/25W+水泵290W)工作;
4、油水混合液通过浮子抽进袋式过滤器(精度25μ)过滤,再通过水泵(或隔膜泵)抽到油水分离器内进行油水分离,干净的冷却液返回到冷却水箱内,污油被隔离,通过盘式撇油机将污油排到废油收集桶内。
